Hello! We are Doggie Protective Services (DPS Rescue) and we need foster families! What is a foster family? A foster family is a family who watches one or more of our dogs for us during non-event days. Fosters can foster anywhere from 1 day to 2 weeks and sometimes longer. We work with YOU. Only want small dogs? Let us know and we'll pair you with a small dog. Hate shedding? We are non-shedding dogs too! Big, small, cuddly, active etc we will match our dog to your household. We value our fosters because it makes rescuing more dogs easier, we literally could not do it without them. Every single one of our dogs goes to a foster home, never a kennel. Our fosters give us updates on how our dog is doing and then we then put that in that dogs adoption bio. Every two weeks when we have an event you bring your dog in the morning and if they do not get adopted then you have the option to foster them again or foster a new dog or no dog. It is your choice! DPS always needs more fosters because the more fosters we have, the more dogs we can save and rehome. We cannot stress enough how much we need fosters. Sound interesting?
