Position Overview

Ensure documentation is organized and well maintained for access, distribution and analysis. Compiles information for inclusion in reports or presentations

Responsibilities

  • Manage documents in Google Drive.
  • Responsible for setting meeting agenda and taking minutes.
  • Oversee administrative support for HR, Operations and Communications.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 years of demonstrated administrative experience.
  • Basic knowledge and skills in Excel, Project, Smartsheet, etc.
  • Basic knowledge and skills with Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Docs, etc.
  • Demonstrated understanding of confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in social work and/or criminal justice.

Salary

This is a volunteer position, approximately 10-hours a week, or as needed.
