Ensure documentation is organized and well maintained for access, distribution and analysis. Compiles information for inclusion in reports or presentations
- Manage documents in Google Drive.
- Responsible for setting meeting agenda and taking minutes.
- Oversee administrative support for HR, Operations and Communications.
- 2 years of demonstrated administrative experience.
- Basic knowledge and skills in Excel, Project, Smartsheet, etc.
- Basic knowledge and skills with Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Docs, etc.
- Demonstrated understanding of confidentiality.
- Background in social work and/or criminal justice.
This is a volunteer position, approximately 10-hours a week, or as needed.
