The mobile clinic is a low-cost veterinary clinic on a renovated RV. We visit a new neighborhood in Nashville each Saturday from 9am -1pm to provide low-cost vaccinations, microchips, flea/tick preventative, and more!
We are seeking mobile clinic volunteers that are interested in volunteering on a long-term basis (minimum 6 month commitment). Because the volunteer positions require training and delivering great customer service to our clients, regular volunteering is encouraged! We encourage you to try out volunteering at the mobile clinic as a Registration Line Manager or Beginner Registration Assistant to see if it is for you. If you love helping clients and pets as much as we do, we'd love for you to sign up as an Advanced Registration Assistant. See listing for each of these opportunities on our HON page.
Please keep in mind that the mobile clinic is outside; volunteers will also be outside during all seasons, so it is important to dress appropriately.

Registration Line Managers are responsible for greeting clients as they arrive at the clinic, giving instructions on how to fill out the paperwork and answering questions about the services that we offer. Volunteers will also help clients who may need assistance filling out the paperwork or holding pets while owners are checking in. Volunteers should feel comfortable talking to and interacting with clients and their pets. 45 minute training session required. Training sessions take place at the Pet Community Center Tuesday-Friday, please express interest in this opportunity for to schedule a training session.
