Holistic Riding Equestrian Therapy (HRET) is designed to improve the physical, emotional, cognitive, and social aspects of the lives of children and adults with special needs and veterans with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). HRET offers a variety of skill appropriate classes meeting the needs of preschoolers on our ponies to independent riders on our program safe horses.
We have evening riding classes and we have morning group classes. Morning classes consist of both riding and a farm experience portion.
We need someone to help with our morning farm experience classes on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings starting in April from 8:30am-12. Looking for someone to help teach a small class of special education high school- young adults located within a working farm and horse boarding. We teach hands-on about animal care, horses, and agriculture.
Please feel free to visit our website holisticridingtherapy.org for more information or contact hretrider@gmail.com.
