Cathedral City Library, part of Riverside County Library System Foundation, seeks volunteers committed to strengthening communities through literacy, education, skill building and related programming. There are numerous opportunities, including assisting in developing, marketing, and implementing community programming and services. Some activities needing immediate assistance, include. 3-D programs, storytimes, serving summer meals to local youth. Also looking for creative people who who enjoy creating templates for crafts and displays to highlight titles of books, movies, music, programs and all other library activities.
*Assist staff in project management, team building, serving summer meal programs, creating artistic crafts and displays based on themes, developing social media posts and posting to websites. Seeking volunteers who are positive, committed, with strong communication and organizational skills.
