Essential Tasks:
Work with data analytics to identify opportunities that will have high impact on user experience
Identify and prioritize high impact questions/ideas/opinions/suggestions
Drive ideation sessions with stakeholders
Come up with simple approaches and analyze data and refine solutions

Skills & Competencies:
Out-of-the-box thinking and approaches to eliminating friction points
Systematic and process oriented
Ability to strongly influence other groups with data and insight
Passionate about customer data and optimization
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with stakeholders.
Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize tasks. Prior experience working with engineering through complete technology product lifecycle

Knowledge on blockchain technology, JIRA is a plus
