Are you a "gearhead" willing to geek out over musical instruments and equipment for a good cause?
Look no further! The Library of MusicLandria is a free music instrument lending library located in Sacramento. We are seeking a dedicated volunteer or two to help us obtain new musical instrument donations.

In this role, you will:

  • Scan Craigslist local/regional listings and other similar platforms for musical instruments, identify potential donations
  • Send donation request letters (or emails)
  • Send follow-up messages to potential donors
  • Manage pickup/drop off for all donations
  • Gather donor contact info/generate donation receipts
Familiarity with a variety of musical and electronic equipment is desired for this position.
Ability to pick up donations with your own vehicle is preferred.

Time Requirement
Flexible. Given the time-sensitive nature of Craigslist posts, ability to check daily is preferred. Volunteers are expected to be able to respond reasonably quickly to requests and emails.

To apply, email rachel@musiclandria.com with your availability to meet remotely/in-person for a brief interview.
