Engineers for a Sustainable World (ESW) is seeking a volunteer graphic designer to join our Communications Technology team. As part of this team, it will be your mission to help ESW maintain regular contact with its student members, provide exciting new content for events like our annual conference and lead the evolution of our evolving brand.

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for supporting the rest of the team with the creation of new designs for logos, banners, the website and events. They will help create content such as videos, documents and presentations seen by our external contacts.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating new designs for organization logos and marketing material
• Working with the webmaster to design tasteful web pages that are attractive and informative
• Reviewing content from other National Team members before releasing for quality design
• Attending weekly Communications and Technology meetings and bimonthly National Team

meetings

Desired skills and qualifications:

• Familiarity with graphic design software including Adobe products (or equivalent)
• Possession of graphic design software that can be accessed on your home computer
• Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of how to transfer graphics between software including web design programs
• General knowledge of the breadth of sustainability topics - expertise not required
• Be passionate about sustainability, and agree with our Mission, Vision, and Values
