Hello,
Inner Warrior Spirit has been asked to off curriculum and I need a little help putting this together. I do not have experience with this but I do have a lot of content. Volunteer must have good writing experience and be flexible and able to research some material to put into the curriculum as well as the general outline.

Description
Inner Warrior Spirit teaches mindfulness and meditation workshops around the country. We offer inner transformation through tools of self awareness. Trauma is something we all share in ways sometimes subtle and sometimes profoundly affecting our lives. Mindfulness being the tool for which to begin to rebalance. Meditation the way to use the tool properly. Contact use to host a workshop in your area and begin to recognize the benefits of mindfulness and meditation.
We also off hand made meditation cushions made in colaberation with the Colorado correction industries.
