What: The Help Group's Teddy Bear Ball

We are looking for people for the whole shift 2:30 -9:30

or 2:30 - 5:30 or 5:30 - 9:30


Pre-Event: We are going to start the afternoon stuffing gift bags, dressing teddy bears and helping count seats. During the ball you may be asked to help check people in on ipads or help with event flow.

Auction: Everyone is needed to help out in the middle of the event with the live auction. We use the app PayPal Here and ring up cards at the table. We have around 3 live auction items as well as an opportunity fund in which we sell teddy bears for $500. Once the event starts I will assign you an area to cover for the auction.

Gift Bags: We will pass out gift bags as people leave the event.
