We are looking for those who are passionate about helping those on the streets who are homeless, have mental illness and substance use disorder. We like to add to our team of volunteers who go out for weekly outings in Phila and New Jersey. Must be available on weekends or one day during week am or afternoon. (Can choose which fits your schedule) You would be trained and then become the lead for outreach.

Description
Hand 'n' Heart Inc helps the community see self-worth by showing compassion to those who are suffering from Mental illness, Disease of addiction, Homelessness and our children who are displaced from their family and placed in the foster system. We give clothing and snack packages along with Luggage of Love Backpacks to our children in the foster system. We have been volunteering in New Jersey and Pennsylvania for more than five years.
