The Office Ninja provides essential administrative support to the Flagstaff Office, allowing Catholic Charities to implement quality and timely services in the community while furthering our mission to help our community’s most vulnerable with solutions that permanently improve lives

Office hours are: Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm

There is some flexibility with days and times, but examples would be every Tuesday and Thursday from 9-12 or every Wednesday from 10-3.

Tasks

• Assist with general office duties as assigned - Filing, data entry, copying, word processing and reception services
• Assist in the planning, organization and implementation of special events
• Answer phones professionally and direct calls, take messages

Requirements

• Confidentiality is essential
• Consistency is important
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds

Professional Skills & Experience

Administrative Skills; Organizational Skills; Confidentiality required; Dependable, Computer Skill: Data entry + email; Computer Skill: Inter MS Office; Working independently
