Friendly Visitors provide one to one companionship and social interaction with long-term care residents. This volunteer position does not have a set schedule as it is based on a resident's need and routine; however, a flexible schedule is usually developed if a Friendly Visitor volunteer wants to commit to one or more residents on a regular basis.
