Camp Courage participants are looking for individuals or families to spend a week with them at camp. Our campers are adults with disabilities who come to camp to enjoy the ropes course, hayrides, tubing, archery, and arts & crafts. This is the perfect site for families and individuals age 18+ looking to make a difference in the lives of others. Ages 18+ for individuals or families with children ages 5+.

  • Saturday 5pm - Friday 5pm with sessions from June-August
  • Meals + housing provided - youth stay in the Volunteer House!
  • Work hard + play hard while making an impact.
  • No personal cares or behavior management, spend your time doing fun recreational activities with campers!

True Friends provides life changing opportunities for youth and adults with disabilities and high medical needs to reach their true potential. Through camp, respite, travel and other program opportunities, participants learn new skills and build their feelings of self-worth. Staff provide care, encouragement, supervision and learning opportunities to participants.
