Camp Dance!

Camp Friendship participants are looking for teens (ages 14+) to spend a week with them at camp. Our campers are adults and children with disabilities who come to camp to enjoy the ropes course, hayrides, tubing on Clearwater Lake, archery, and arts & crafts. Of course there's campfires and sometimes camping too.

  • Saturday 5pm - Friday 5pm with sessions from June-August
  • Meals + housing provided - youth stay in the Volunteer House!
  • Earn 80 service hours -great for NHS, Key Club, Community Service letter, etc.
  • Work hard + play hard while making an impact.
  • No personal cares or behavior management, spend your time doing fun recreational activities with campers!

True Friends provides life changing opportunities for youth and adults with disabilities and high medical needs to reach their true potential. Through camp, respite, travel and other program opportunities, participants learn new skills and build their feelings of self-worth. Staff provide care, encouragement, supervision and learning opportunities to participants.
