All youth benefit from having another caring adult in their life as they experience life's opportunities and challenges. With support of our community of participants, partners, staff, and board, we want every young person to have a mentor, be affirmed in who they are, and explore who they want to be.

We match caring adults with youth (Littles) in the Twin Cities to be an extra supportive person in their life. Mentors (Bigs) spend time either one-on-one or in small group settings to spend quality time, have fun, explore new interests, and cheer Littles on as they learn and grow together.

Whether you have a few hours, a few months, or over a year to commit to connecting with a young person, Big Brothers Big Sisters has several opportunities to impact local Twin Cities youth.
