ORGANIZATION: Tom Green County Library System

Need instructor(s) for monthly classes in the recently updated computer lab at Stephens Central Library.
Subjects are:
1. Computer Basics which covers mouse, keyboard, basic Windows 10 Functions. Class is usually in the evening in the first week of the month but is flexible to meet the needs of the volunteer. Handouts and course content is provided or instructor may use their own.

2. Microsoft Word I and II; held on two consecutive nights (usually the second Tuesday and Wednesday but is flexible to the needs of the volunteer. Handouts and course content is provided.

Computer lab seats 12 students.

Description

TGCL consists of the main Stephens Central Library and two branches; Angelo West and North Angelo. Services consist of access to technology, free classes, free programs for all ages and a constantly updated collection of books, magazines, audio visual and digital materials. 2017 will see the opening of STEAM Central - a maker space consisting of textiles, electronics, 3D printing & laser cutting, general tools and a media center, all located at Stephens Central.
