Lead weekly fun, hands-on Junior Achievement (JA) lessons for 3rd grade students on Wednesdays from 1:30 to 2:30 pm. for a 5-week period beginning April 16. The Junior Achievement Our City program will be taught, introducing students to the basics of financial literacy and how people and businesses in cities manage their money.

As role models, volunteers bring the curriculum to life with real world experiences shared during classroom sessions. JA Staff provide training and all of the curriculum materials, and the teacher remains in the classroom the entire time. No matter what your profession, your life experience and determination to succeed means that you can serve as a role model. Our volunteers come from diverse occupations, backgrounds and age groups, including business professionals, parents, retirees, and college students. You are welcome to sign-up with a friend or colleague to team-teach.
