Do you know Dinosaurs or like Dinosaurs? If so, this may be the opportunity for you!
Discovery Place Science will open our featured exhibition Tyrannosaurs: Meet the Family on May 26, 2018. Tyrannosaurs: Meet the Family is the world's first exhibition showcasing the newly-revised tyrannosaur family tree. This innovative, multimedia experience features more than 10 life-sized dinosaur specimens on display, including one of the oldest tyrannosaurs, Guanlong wucaii.
With a dramatic array of fossils and casts of tyrannosaur specimens, including never-before-seen specimens from China, Tyrannosaurs: Meet the Family provides a snapshot of dinosaur life. Discover how this group became the world’s top predators with their massive skulls, powerful jaws and bone-crunching teeth.
We are looking for volunteers who can commit to serving hours consistently through the run of the exhibition, either one or two shifts per week or one shift per weekend day. Shifts are 4 hours.
Positions will be:
- Ticket Taker/Greeter
- Dig Pit Assistant
- Augmented Virtual Reality Assistant
Training will be provided and parking is free for all volunteers.
