The Free Clinic is searching for experienced, service oriented individuals to help connect our patients with the services that may support their health and wellness!

Intake Coordinators work directly with patients to verify patient eligibility and assess patient needs for additional resources. Responsibilities include: providing a safe, confidential environment for patients; documenting patient information; referring patients for additional resources; and communicating with Clinic staff and volunteers.

Help is needed 1 or 2 times a month on Tuesday evenings from 5:30 - 8:30 PM.

Our Mission is provide health care to and advocacy for the people of the Chippewa Valley who have no health care alternative.

Description

We provide free medical services to the poor and uninsured in the Chippewa Valley. We host a general walk-in clinic every Tuesday night as well as a bi-monthly Diabetic Clinic, bi-monthly Mental Health Clinic and monthly Vision Clinic.

Through the hard work of dedicated volunteers we provide medical examinations, patient advocacy, lab services, and free medications within limits.

We are located at 1030 Oakridge Dr in Eau Claire, WI.
