Assist in identifying needs of the community and help create or implement programs to act in building community engage projects. Volunteer will work close with grant writer and event coordinator. Recruit volunteers.
Works include:
+ Coordinating the creation and gather of data for needs assessment
+ Creating surveys and collecting data
+ Recruiting of volunteers
+ Conveying organization program and event information to parents and the community
+ Analysing needs and needs assessment data with conclusion
