FosterAdopt Connect is seeking individuals to join our 2018 Forever Families Gala planning committee. Our gala this year will focus on the importance of connections/opportunities for former foster youth: the outcomes for children who age out* of foster care can be dismal, but together we can help youth achieve their goals and ensure they have the resources they need to be successful. Proceeds from the event will help FosterAdopt Connect continue offering services to foster and adopted youth and families.

To provide foster and adoptive children a stable, loving and nurturing family environment by support and advocacy for abused and neglected children and the families caring for them.
Description
FosterAdopt Connect provides comprehensive support for abused and neglected children and the families caring for them. We believe it is in the context of family that children learn, grow, thrive and heal. To promote the permanency children need, we offer a broad range of services: foster, relative, and kinship home licensing; professional advocacy; specialized training; thorough family finding programs; in-home mental and behavioral health assistance; case management for foster care alumni; a safe place for children in our shelter; and physical support through our food pantry/clothing closet.
