ORGANIZATION: Continuum Care Hospice

  • 8 people are interested

Are you lucky enough to have a sweet dog that has already been certified as a therapy dog? We are looking for people with certified therapy dogs to make friendly visits to our hospice patients. At this point, we can only take dogs that have already been screened and certified by a credentialed dog trainer. All visiting dogs must be current with their vaccines. Dog owners will receive hospice volunteer orientation and training at a time and place convenient to you. Please contact our volunteer coordinator, Lori Watkins, for additional information. We are located in California.

Anyone making in-person visits must adhere to CDC guidelines.
