Do you have a Leslie Knope level eye for detail? We're looking for someone who understands that color coordinated spreadsheets aren't just about the data, but represent a great experience for real people. As the Trainee Services Coordinator, you'll ensure that every Granger Leadership Academy attendee has a life changing experience at the conference in all of the best ways. You'll also be part of an exciting new team dedicated to expanding HPA's live training experiences. This is a 7.5 hour a week commitment.

Responsibilities

  • Tracks Granger Leadership Academy (GLA) registration numbers
  • Reviews GLA accessibility needs and works with Director of Leadership and Education to ensure these are met
  • Reviews GLA dietary needs and develops lists for catering orders
  • Assigns trainees to teams
  • Handles registration changes and cancellations
  • Tracks GLA scholarship numbers and recipients
  • Tracks submission of Legal Guardian Permission forms
  • Works with Speaker Coordinator to track list of presenters and special guests
  • Prepares rosters and name tags for registration
  • Answers any inquiries from GLA email inbox
  • Assists with answering questions posted in the GLA Facebook group
  • Reports to the Speaker Coordinator
  • Assists with other department projects as needed
