AJ Williams Events is looking for volunteer event staff for the Power of the Purse Luncheon, Thursday, April 12, 2018, at Seaport Hotel, Boston. We are looking for people with great people skills, positive attitudes and a strong work ethic. Staff will be engaging attendees at registration, ushering guests and helping with the auction. Description:
The 3 rd annual Power of the Purse Luncheon is hosted by the Brookview House, a non-profit organization for women and children experiencing homelessness. Each year, Brookview House provides 370 women and children experiencing homelessness with a safe, supportive environment in which to live as well as a place to acquire and practice skills to pursue education, job training and employment in order to achieve long-term stability and economic independence.
The program will feature Mistress of Ceremonies Susan Wornick, panelists Diane Hessan, Entrepreneur, Researcher and Investor, Debra Drapalla, Regional President-Boston at Webster Bank, Janice Goodman, CEO at Cityscapes and Donna Latson Gittens, Founder and CEO of MORE Advertising, as well as a Purse Live and Silent Auction.
Approximate number of Guests: 200 guests
Wardrobe: Ladies - Black tailored pants, black blazer jacket, black tank, black dress shoes. Men - Black tailored pants, black dress shirt, black shoes.
