Marketing Communications Internship

Rochester Contemporary Art Center is seeking one or two professional, reliable individuals for special, high-level involvement at our growing organization.

The Communications intern will work with RoCo Staff on communications, marketing, design, artist research, general office support, and administrative assistance on special projects, such as the RoCo’s 6x6 Exhibition. The Intern will also work with the Marketing department to assist in aspects of public relations including distribution of publicity materials, database updates, marketing research, mailings and filing. The Ideal candidate has a strong interest in helping to grow and advance RoCo, excellent writing and communication skills, office skills, understanding of social media platforms, basic design software skills. Candidate must also be detail-oriented and very organized. Ideally, candidate is able to commit 13-18 hours per week. This internship is unpaid. RoCo will assist with receiving school credit for the internship.
