Hello Volunteers, Our next performances of the classics season are on Saturday, March 24th. Pasadena Symphony will be performing Sergei Rachmaninoff's "Rhapsody on a Theme by Paganini" along with " Scherzo Crypto" by Alexander Lamont Miller and Edward Elgar's "Enigma Variations", all under the direction of our Music Director David Lockington, at Ambassador Auditorium. If you are available as an Usher, please review the details below and confirm which concert(s) you are available for. Saturday, March 24thMatinee Usher Call Time: 12:00 noonEvening Usher Call Time: 6:00 pm Meet in the Auditorium Lobby. What to Wear (Dress Code) - White long-sleeved dress shirt or blouse - Black slacks, dress pants, or long skirt (no denim or jeans) - Black dress shoes (Polish-able shoes for men; no sneakers, please. Dress flats or low heels for women; no high heels, please.) Reminder: Volunteers will be provided snacks and water during performances. I hope to see you at our next performances. Thank you! Mission Statement

The Pasadena Symphony Association’s (PSA) mission is to provide orchestral performances of the highest-quality and to benefit the community through its music, community engagement, and music education programs.

Description

The Pasadena Symphony Association programs include: 6 pairs of classical symphonic concerts at Pasadena’s famed Ambassador Auditorium led by Music Director, David Lockington; 5 POPS concerts at the LA County Arboretum with Principal Pops Conductor, Michael Feinstein; 3 performances by the students of the Pasadena Youth Symphony Orchestras, an elementary through high-school aged youth orchestra program comprised of over 350 students throughout LA County; Up to 25 Random Acts of Music interactive community performances with Pasadena Symphony musicians; 2 Holiday Candlelight Concerts at the historic All Saints Church; and 1 Music Under the Stars free family concert presented on the steps of the Pasadena City Hall - serving up to 5,000 people.
