Program Facilitator
Facilitator assisting students with understanding the Chinese zodiac

IYLF Facilitator will be responsible for facilitating program sessions with middle school students as agreed upon with the program coordinator. Volunteer will create presentations on various topics and optimize program content by finding ways to best engage the students in pursuit of the outlined learning objectives for a given session.

Volunteer will also be responsible for qualitative assessments of student progress and keeping track of individual student performance. This position is best suited for candidates with teaching or leadership facilitation experience, or previous experience working with middle school students. Candidate should have reliable transportation, be self motivated, and interested in making a difference in the lives of underserved youth. International travel experience is a plus.

Anticipated Learning: Leadership facilitation, nonprofit program management & evaluation, budgeting and fiscal management, nonprofit program design.
