Your visit can make someone’s day. Our volunteers bring joy
and companionship to patients and provide much needed
support for their caregivers!
Companionship: Visit with patients in their home setting, providing
conversation, reading a book, playing a game, watching television,
listening to music, or simply just holding a patient’s hand.
Patient/Family Support: Provide respite for family caregiver, run
errands, meal preparation, light housekeeping, or yard work.
Music Therapy: Share your musical talent with patients in their home, a
care home, or an assisted living community environment.
Special Events: Work hand-in-hand with our hospice care team to
educate and support the community.
Administrative: Answer phones, clerical duties, supply management,
bereavement phone calls and letters.
