We need a family or volunteer group to prepare and serve dinner for our newest residents at the Intake Access Center on MONDAY, MARCH 29th!!
This involves:
1) Planning and preparing a meal for 20-30 people (at least 1/2 being children). THIS PART IS DONE AT HOME
2) Bringing the dinner to our residents who are escaping homelessness at 722 W California Ave.
3) Serving our residents dinner (and then visiting afterwards)
It is a great opportunity for families and groups, although we occasionally have a volunteer who will do it by themselves.
We have volunteers who sign up to come every night of the year, but are currently filling a cancellation for March 19th.
