The NYC UXPA (User Experience Professionals Association) is a nonprofit that supports the education, promotion, and professional development of User Experience professionals in the greater NYC area primarily by hosting monthly educational events with leaders in our field.
We are looking for an awesome, fun, reliable volunteer savvy with digital photography/videography to help us develop videos of our monthly events around midtown Manhattan. We generally hold these events at high-profile venues in the design and tech industries such as: Google, Squarespace, Etsy, Cooper/DesignIt, IBM and number of digital design agencies. We've also been at MasterCard, Bloomberg, NASDAQ, HBO, and many others.
We are a community of creatives that thrives on innovation, collaboration, and empathy and we want to work with you to make this experience as valuable as possible for you. The door is wide open for you to mold this opportunity to fit your goals as a student or professional.
Must have: your own digital camera / camcorder. We have a pretty universal tripod though.
Please send us a link to your portfolio or up to 3 work pieces you feel are relevant.
