Our public/school library is open 6 days each week, a total of 42 hours. We provide library services to the public and nearly 300 students in the elementary school.
Volunteers will help the 3 library coordinators with a variety of projects, for example calling patrons to let them know the items they requested are now available on our hold shelf, or shelving books and DVDs that have been returned, or searching for books or DVDs that have been requested by patrons from other libraries in the county, or making sure our books are shelved in the right alphabetically order, and in the right location.
We are a friendly team in this library and enjoy our work. Our volunteers enjoy helping us, and making a difference in our community!
