Met Council is looking for a skilled volunteer to lead a Tai Chi or Yoga group in one of our Manhattan low-income senior housing buildings. Volunteers must be dedicated, dependable, and comfortable working with seniors. Volunteers should be able to commit to lead the Tai Chi or Yoga group for at least two hour-long sessions a month, and the precise timing of those sessions is flexible.
