Help teens in their employment efforts. Each year New Castle County hires approximately 200 youth for the summer months. This an important opportunity for youth to gain valuable skills and funds to help support their families.

Volunteers are needed on Saturday, March 23. The event will start at 9 a.m. and end at 1 p.m.

Volunteers will assist with the very busy application process. Most are needed to provide a brief interview to potential employees. This is a great way to show support for the ambitious youth in the community.

Volunteers are needed for:

  • Interviewers (vol age 24+): 8.30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Greeters (vol age 16+): 8.30 to 11 a.m. or 10.30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Breakdown (vol age 16+): 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.

NOTE: Please let us know which shift you wish to volunteer for.
