Join us as we provide companionship and socialization to our Veteran patients and families throughout Maricopa county. Our Veteran community volunteers are involved in building friendships and relationships with those who need it the most- our Veteran hospice patients. Our mission is to provide quality hospice and palliative care services that respects the rights and dignity of our patients and the families we serve.
Description
At Wings of Hope Hospice we are honored to provide those in our community with a life-limiting illness compassionate care.
Hospice is a fully covered Medicare benefit that is also covered by most private insurance plans. There is no out-of-pocket cost to our patients.
Wings of Hope Hospice offers a full range of services including nurses visits, home health aides, social services, spiritual counseling, and volunteers. All staff and volunteers must go through a background screening process.
