Engage young park visitors through play and hands-on art projects as an Art Ambassador at the Boston Harbor Islands Welcome Center! This season, you can help foster connection to the islands by creating meaningful park experiences using discussion and art. Creative and energetic applicants welcome! No previous art experience required.

Specific duties include opening and setting up cart, engaging young park visitors in play and art, maintaining the Art Cart and supplies, making sure items are collected and taken care of, and put away at the end of the day.

Volunteers are needed on Wednesdays and Fridays starting early-May to September from 11:30 am - 2:30 pm.

Whether you are looking to volunteer on a regular basis, plan a group volunteer event, or help out at a single day event or special program, there is a volunteer opportunity for you!
