The Food Distribution position coordinates ordering food from the Midwest Food Bank every two weeks. Food is picked up, repackaged into family size allotments then distributed at various schools where College Bound AZ has its program. Food is segregated by signing over portions directly to a school such as Mesa Community College or by breaking down orders and placing in recyclable grocery bags or boxes that the Food Box Coordinator then stages for pick up by families. We also will now be coordinating with another agency Over-Flo Missions Inc to provide hygiene items for pick up at the food pantry
