MILITARY VOLUNTEER LEADERSHIP CERTIFICATION PROGRAM:
The American Red Cross is introducing a new Volunteer Leadership Certification Program called Frontline Families. The program engages and trains veterans, service members and their families to become Volunteer Leaders in our community. Once trained, the veterans and military families will lead volunteer teams (military & civilian) in community service projects to tackle some our county’s most pressing challenges.
POSITIVE OUTCOMES FOR VOLUNTEER LEADERS:
- Showcase natural leadership skills in support of a charitable cause
- Manage and lead large teams in focused community service projects
- Foster a social and support network of veterans, service members and military families
- Supports reintegration for veterans and their families through civic engagement
- Gain project management experience
- Include American Red Cross Volunteer Leadership Certification on your resume
- Promote service with pride and make a difference in our local community

VOLUNTEER LEADERSHIP CERTIFICATION
- 10 hours of Classroom/Practical Work - Schedule TBD based on Class Availability
