Childcare assistants are responsible for monitoring, supervising, and interacting with children during research appointments. Key responsibilities include maintaining a safe and clean environment for children of varying ages, communicating effectively with participants and PAIR Project staff, engaging children in age-appropriate activities, and setting and cleaning up data collection materials.
