Consider being involved in the North Texas Teen Book Festival! There are a variety of adult (18+) volunteer opportunities available, including:
- Lobby and Bus Greeters
- Traffic and Crowd Control
- Book Signing Line Volunteers
- Photo Booth Monitors
- Book Sale Volunteers
- Room Monitors Aides
The North Texas Teen Book Festival is free book festival created to celebrate teen literature, including both Middle Grade and YA authors. On April 21, 2018 at the Irving Convention Center 75 authors will come together for a full day of conversation, book signings, and jubilation. Authors will sign books, meet their readers and discuss their works in over 50 small breakout panels.

Description
The Irving Public Library System consists of 4 locations throughout the City of Irving Texas. In addition to providing books and materials for check-out, the library produces monthly programs for all ages and provides adult learning through ESL, GED and computer classes. The Irving Library presents the annual North Texas Teen Book Festival, in cooperation with the Friends of the Irving Public Library.
