Village At Home is a North Baltimore-based non-profit membership organization that provides services and activities designed to help older adults and people with disabilities live full lives while they continue to reside in their own homes and neighborhoods.
Description
Village At Home offers an array of services to meet the needs and expectations of its members. Services provided by trained volunteers include:
- Door-to-door local transportation
- Technology assistance to troubleshoot computers and technology-based equipment
- Social and wellness activities such as outings to concerts and movies
- Home and garden work
Services provided by vetted Village vendors, often at a discount, include:
- Home repairs or regular home maintenance
- Home health care
- Major technology repairs or upgrades
