As a 100% volunteer run operation, we are always looking for people interested in helping the community or in need of learning work place skills. We are a Nonprofit food distribution center, located in Fife, WA; in a sense, we are like a food bank to the food banks. We gather donated items and then distribute them to food banks and outreach programs. Currently, we provide resources for 35 different community programs in Washington State impacting over 15,000 families.
We provide Job Skills training/experience to groups and individuals as well.
While helping the community, gain skills that are transferable to the work-place, Work experience, Professional References, Learn how to balance professional and personal life. Active listening skills, Critical thinking, Interacting with others in a work environment, Coordination, Decision Making, Prioritizing, Problem Solving, Learn to use job appropriate tools.
