Our volunteer needs are based on a variety of roles for a dinner gala.
You have the opportunity to volunteer in incremental time slots. Fighting H.A.R.D. is also included omg JE TD Ameritrade employee matching gift program. Please refer to your internal portals for more information.
2 pm - 6 pm (10) - set up, greeter, sign in, table assignments
4 pm - 6 pm (10) - set up, greeter, registration, table assignments, green room
6 pm - 8 pm (5) - greeter, table, assignments, runner, staging, awards, etc..
8 pm - 10 pm (5) - runner, program flow, greeter, giveaways, etc..
10 pm - 11 pm (5) - breakdown
Tshirts and food will be provided.

Fighting H.A.R.D. is a 501c3 organization established to raise awareness, educate, and provide resources to families impacted by hit and run fatalities.
Description
The focuses of this organization include:
Providing resources, care, and support to victims’ and families impacted
Advocate Tougher Laws - The Jameca Stanfield Act
Service to victims
Decrease in number of victims impacted
Make St. Louis City and Missouri roads a safer place.
Our organization focuses on connecting real lives to real numbers by identifying the increase in hit and run deaths and working to decrease those numbers; we will work to make St. Louis City and Missouri roads a safer place by partnering with various organizations with a specific focus on distracted driving while also educating drivers on why it is important to stay on the scene; additionally a key focus will be to advocate for tougher laws and servicing victims by providing resources and support.
