You will literally be on the frontline of the festival, assisting in the theatres and helping thousands of moviegoers. For many festival guests, you will be the first and possibly the only face they see, so friendliness is a must. Lead Volunteers and venue managers will instruct you where you be most efficient.
Responsibilities:
Ticket taking, pass counting, ushering, distributing and collecting ballots, line management.
Requirements:
Must be able to stand for long periods of time, Outgoing and friendly personality, must be able to take direction from different leads, must be ok with periods of fast pace and down time.

The Mission of the Festival to inspire, entertain, and educate; encouraging a sense of community through culturally diverse film, and other media that offer historical and contemporary perspective on the LGBTQ+ experience.
Description
The Outshine Film Festival is the largest LGBTQ+ Cultural Event in South Florida, and has a Miami edition in April and Fort Lauderdale edition in October. We grow stronger together. With your support of the Festival we are able to share our community's stories.
