My Jumpstart to the Real Worl d is a day-long conference for teens and young adults (13-23), which is full of developmental citizenship training. This means financial literacy, insurance, and personality development workshops, as well as motivational speeches, live performances, and an interactive "real world experience."

Description
Under the Florida Coalition for Children Foundation, One Voice IMPAACT provides our state's disadvantaged youth with developmental experiences and resources. IMPAACT stands for Innovative Music, Performing Arts, Athletic, and Citizenship Trainings, and that is exactly what we provide. We have several events throughout the state of Florida and need dedicated volunteers to make it possible for our youth to thrive.
