Join us on Tuesday, April 10th at Elixir Lounge Andersonville for an evening to write notes of encouragement that will be placed into our Back 2 School kits. These notes will help to inspire the student and let them know someone is out there rooting for them to succeed in school. Come for an hour or spend the entire evening with us. Free snacks and light bites will be provided, plus all volunteers will be entered into a drawing for several prizes.
(Must be 21+ with a valid ID)

Mission Statement
The mission of Back 2 School Illinois is to create and support educational opportunities that enrich the lives of Illinois children.
Description
We create and support educational opportunities in the state of Illinois. We have one program in which we provide high school seniors scholarships to attend college.
Our biggest endevor is our Back 2 School program that provides school supplies to deserving children. Each year we do a big summer fundraising program and then purchase and distribute hundreds fo thousands of school supplies to needy children with the help of our partner agency, the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago.
