Trinity Cafe is conducting a monthly clean up the 2nd Saturday of the month to keep the neighborhood area outside our charitable cafe clean!
This volunteer opportunity is not exactly glamorous, but it’s important to help keep the surrounding areas clean and beautiful! We meet at Trinity Cafe by the gate between 745am-8am on Saturday mornings by clean up sign(date listed below), put on latex gloves, grab a trash bag and pick up a "treasure trove" of trash up and down Nebraska Avenue and in the surrounding Trinity Cafe neighborhood!
This is part of the Trinity Cafe "Good Neighbor" program. Students can earn community service school hours. If you are younger than 16 you may participate with adult supervision.
This event is the second Saturday each month!
Meet Yvette at 7:45 a.m.-8 a.m. just outside the front gates of Trinity Cafe’s 2801 N. Nebraska location; she will give you supplies and instructions. Please feel free to carpool or park in our lot.All ages and group sizes are welcome. Description
Trinity Cafe is a nondemoninational organization that serves lunch to the homeless and hungry Monday through Friday. We serve our guests with dignity and respect while serving a delicious meal prepared by a professional chef and by sharing the meal and visiting with the guests.
