Hello everyone This is Michael Martin, Volunteer Coordinator for Hearts For San Diego. We've got a PAWsome event coming up on April 21st in Miramar and we need some extra help from the community to ensure this event runs smoothly. The Miralani Makers’ District is a unique association of 10 craft beverage producers located in the heart of San Diego’s Miramar district. The event runs from 2-5pm and I will need to know your earliest and latest availability to volunteer for the event.
This is a dog-friendly event that will include dog rescues and dog vendors at each of 9 alcohol producer locations. Please refer to the the following links for more info about the event:

We are looking for assistance with the following planning and day-of tasks:
- Set up - welcome table, raffle/silent auction, assistance with vendor and dog rescue set up at each of 9 locations
- Volunteers/greeters to be stationed at each location to stamp "passports" for event attendees
- Welcome table assistance
- We are looking for a videographer for the event
- Pack up/clean up post-event
- Event promotions

Description
Hearts for San Diego organizes FUNdraising events on behalf of our local charities. We are run 100% by volunteers who are passionate about giving back to our community and supporting a variety of causes. Each event spotlights a different charity/cause, and is designed in the most cost-effective manner to provide an affordable, fun, educational and engaging experience.
Our goal is to increase awareness of our spotlighted charities and their missions, and to generate greater levels of volunteerism and financial support to help them succeed with their inspiring work. By organizing all aspects of the fundraising events, we provide our charities with much needed "breathing room" while simultaneously expanding their community reach to potential volunteers and donors.
