Oak-Leyden Developmental Services, located in Oak Park, IL, provides programs to help children and adults with developmental disabilities to meet life's challenges and reach their highest potential. Established in 1956, the organization's last strategic plan process was completed in 2010. It has been revised and updated through fiscal year 2018. We are in search of a volunteer with significant nonprofit strategic planning experience to work with our management team and board on developing a new plan. In addition to that skill, knowledge of fund development, board development and nonprofit management would be required.

To accomplish this mission, we have developed 8 core values.
