Enjoy the great outdoors while helping prepare our Girl Scout Camp Properties for our Girl Scouts to arrive to camp this spring and summer. A volunteer groups are needed throughout the month of May to help get our camps in tip top shape!

When people think about Girl Scouts, they think crafts, cookies, and camp but a lot has changed in 103 years. Here at the Girl Scouts, Hornets’ Nest Council our girls get their hands dirty with bugs and bones, put their minds to work on science and engineering projects, challenge their body and minds with challenge courses and 5k’s, help breast cancer patients survive their toughest moments, and build lasting relationships with fellow Girl Scouts. We serve extraordinary girls in Anson, Cabarrus, Mecklenburg, Montgomery, Rowan, Stanly, Union and York counties and we are always in need of extraordinary adults to help our girls reach their full potential.
